God’s Timing is Perfect

One afternoon, one of our volunteers dropped off a box of donations. The box was placed outside of our layette closet for processing. At the same time that the donations arrived, one of our counselors took a client who was very abortion-minded.  She professed to be a Christian, but she did not think she could keep her baby.  During the ultrasound, they were able to see the heartbeat, and this helped change the mother’s mind to keep her baby. The counselor wanted to give her something extra special for the baby.  She found the box of items that had just been donated, and inside she found a onesie that said, “God has big plans for you.”  She gave it to the mother who started crying and holding it close, as if hugging it.  She kept thanking her counselor over and over and said, “I am going to have this baby.  I will be a good mom.” The God-thing about this is that the items were dropped off while this client was here.  God knew the exact time we needed them.
