Prayer Walk: Criner Road
Father, we pray that who You are would be further revealed to our neighbors in Jones Valley. We pray they could see Your truth and hear what You say. We pray that through the realization of who You are within them that relationships between family members would be restored, that parents would be able to pour into their children and that these kids would be built up into strong men and women of God…that they would not seek after things of this world that are not of You, but that they would seek after You. May Your fullness be in these families and Your love go bursting forth in each individual overflowing from their homes, and through that great love may the whole community be set ablaze for you! We pray Your manifest presence would show up, that Your Name be glorified and we would be able to hear You, see You and feel Your presence on this street. We pray the gifts of the Spirit would come to the forefront and that the people who live here would be able to speak truth and life and abundance to their neighbors and friends.
*During this prayer walk, we walked by a woman in her yard and asked if we could pray for her. She was a widow whose daughter had breast cancer. It was heavy on her heart as her daughter was at the doctor when we walked by. We were able to pray for her daughter’s healing and build a new relationship between neighbors.
Father, we pray that You would be at work in everything! That your rivers of living water would pour forth over these homes and the people inside them. In the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
