Prayer Walks: April Boddie, Lincoln Village
Prayer Walks: April Boddie, Lincoln Village
Lord,
I ask that you would bless my neighborhood with laughter and children playing. As I continue to walk, Lord I see your clouds.
Lord, I ask that you would not only lift the clouds from my community but also that you let your rain cleanse our pain and that the light of your word brings clarity to our situations. Lord I pray for new growths, new dreams, new hope like Sun flowers
.
God I ask that you allow our minds to remember the rain so that we can appreciate the Sun when it shines. LORD, as I walk I see a train. May we be mindful of the train that shows us we are all coming through a struggle or coming out of one, so Father God I thank you for the struggle. Help us to pray and empathize & sympathize with one another as we go through these trying times. I pray that we all see comfort as the ENEMY. We thank you for discomfort because it motivates change! Lord we thank you for easy and painful change. As my walk comes to an end, Lord I see a bumpy/scary road.
Father God I pray that we are NOT afraid to travel those roads because that is where You would have us go. And as my walk came to an end I almost changed course because I thought “there’s snakes in that bush!” God, the enemy has tried to make me put down my cross and change the path that you have for me! But O Satan, I rebuke you and bind the plans you have for MY neighborhood to a DRY place! IN JESUS NAME. I pray victory, prosperity, fertility, financial increase and peace over EVERY home.
In the mighty name of Jesus
AMEN
