Prayer Walks: Katie Taylor, Blossomwood
Prayer Walks: Katie Taylor, Blossomwood
Hey OCOAH!
I took my sweet baby girl as my companion this morning and we did a prayer walk loop through Blossomwood. As we walked, I prayed for my daughter and for each child in the neighborhood, for God to draw them to Himself, for them to know the joy of their salvation and for God to use parents and bring mentors into their lives to speak truth to them. I also felt led to pray for the marriages inside the homes, for forgiveness where there is strife and for any hurting or broken marriages to find hope, healing and restoration in Christ. I prayed that during this season when we are all outside more, for us to take the time to really get to know each other and for God to draw us into deeper fellowship so that we can serve one another as well as those outside our neighborhood in need. It was such a refreshing time to walk and intentionally pray!
**I look forward to many more prayer walks and to hearing about yours!!! Be sure to add the neighborhood and/or specific street names! And the “selfie” is a must:)
