Prayers for Our City: January 22, 2018 – Business

As our government officials celebrate their successful efforts in winning the deal that results in Toyota-Mazda establishing a new $1.6 billion plant in Huntsville, we want to be sure to stop and give You thanks, Lord. Thank You for entrusting this to our region. Thank You for 4,000 jobs opening up when production begins in 2021. Thank You for the wealth and growth this brings.
Mazda and Toyota selected Huntsville, Ala., as the site for their new $1.6 billion, joint-venture auto manufacturing plant.
Thank You for all the local, county and state officials who had vision and worked hard together. Continue to grant wisdom and a spirit of cooperation to them as this announcement opens up new doors and new interest in our region. There will be many new businesses and people wanting to locate here, so we commit this growth to Your keeping and oversight through prayer.
